How to Unblock a Command Prompt

    • 1). Open the command prompt from the "Start" menu. Click "Start," "All Programs," "Accessories" and "Command Prompt."

    • 2). Run a program in the command prompt.

    • 3). Press "CTRL" and "C" together when you want to stop the program and free up the command prompt.
