How to Make Comic Book Panels in Photoshop
- 1). Click on the "Line" tool in the left tool bar.
- 2). Designate a weight for the line in the "Weight" field.
- 3). Drag and create the line you want. Hold down the "Shift" button as you do this, which will force a horizontal or vertical line.
- 4). Join the lines to make the panel.
- 1). Click on the "Marquee" tool in the left tool bar.
- 2). Click and drag around the selection you want to create a panel around.
- 3). Click on the "Edit" menu and then "Stroke."
- 4). Designate the weight of the panel border in the "Stroke" options box. Click "OK" to create the panel.
