    • 1). Open the jar of tobacco and carefully place the open jar inside the plastic bag. Place the jar in the bottom of the bag, keeping it level to avoid any spills.

    • 2). Fill your kettle with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and transport to your plastic bag containing the tobacco jar.

    • 3). Hold the opening of the plastic bag around the kettle spout to collect the steam. Gather the plastic bag closely around the spout but avoid touching the steam or hot kettle.

    • 4). Collect the steam in the plastic bag for about 5 seconds. Remove the kettle after five seconds and quickly tie the end of the bag into a knot to seal in the steam. Do this by wrapping the top of the bag around itself then pulling the end through to form a knot.

    • 5). Allow the bag to rest for one hour. During this time, the steam will infuse the tobacco and return the dried material to its original moisture level.

    • 6). Untie the bag after one hour and remove the tobacco jar. Seal the jar tightly.
