    • 1). Push down on the magazine release latch on the side of the pellet pistol. Pull the magazine out of the bottom.

    • 2). Pull back on the sliding plate at the top of the pistol to cock the hammer. Fire the pistol into a trash can to make sure there is no BB pellet in the firing chamber.

    • 3). Put a soft cloth on a table. Put the pistol on the soft cloth with the barrel facing to the left.

    • 4). Remove the screw at the upper-left edge of the just below the barrel with the Phillips screwdriver. Remove the screw at the upper-right edge of the pistol just below the hammer at the back with the Phillips screwdriver.

    • 5). Remove the screw from in front of the trigger guard with the Phillips screwdriver.

    • 6). Hold the pistol in your left hand. Pull back on the sliding plate at the top to cock the spring and pull back the hammer. Insert the tip of the Phillips screwdriver into the gap just in front of the hammer on the top of the pistol.

    • 7). Lift up on the tip of the Phillips screwdriver to loosen the sliding plate from the top of the pistol.

    • 8). Pull the sliding plate off the front. Release the hammer manually with your thumb. Press the trigger.

    • 9). Place the pistol on the soft cloth with the barrel facing to the left. Pull the piston compartment out of the top with your fingers.

      Place the piston compartment on the soft cloth. Insert the tip of the Phillips screwdriver into the gap between the left end of the spring inside of the piston compartment and the nub at the front-left side of the piston compartment.

      Lift up on the tip of the Phillips screwdriver to release the end of the spring from the nub. Repeat this procedure on the right end of the spring.

      Pull the spring out of the piston compartment with your fingers. Dispose of the spring properly.

      Blow out the piston compartment with compressed air. Wipe out the piston compartment with the lint-free cloth.

      Pull the barrel out from the front of the handle frame of the pistol.

    • 15

      Hold the nozzle of the compressed air can to one of the holes of the barrel. Blow out the barrel with compressed air.

      Apply light machine oil to a gun rod. Insert the end of the gun rod that has the light machine oil on it into the barrel. Work the gun rod in and out of the barrel. Remove the gun rod from the barrel.

      Put the barrel back into its original position on the handle frame.

      Apply light machine oil to an edge of the lint-free cloth. Wipe the replacement M110/PDI-150 spring with the edge of the cloth.

      Put one end of the replacement M130/PDI-210 spring into the left side of the piston compartment so that the end of the spring is against the hub.

    • 20

      Insert the other side of the spring into the piston compartment so that the end of the spring is against the hub. Blow out the piston compartment with compressed air.

      Put the piston compartment back into its original position on the top of the pistol. Pull back the hammer.

      Slide the sliding plate back onto the top of the pistol. Replace the screw in front of the gap on the top. Release the hammer.

      Reattach the screws to the side of the pistol.

      Insert the BB pellets that are more suitable for the spring's capabilities into the magazine. Push the magazine back into the bottom of the pistol.
