So your husband has left you and you would like him back.
You can do a few things, you can sit and wallow in self-pity or get on with life and change yourself.
Tidy yourself up, go get your hair done, go see friends and family etc.
When you do see your husband, he will see a new positive and loving you that he fell in love with and wonder why he ever left you.
Some reasons that couples find conflict is: 1.
Infidelity 2.
Too much time apart 3.
Unmanaged addiction 4.
No communication 5.
Intimacy Even when you feel lost and frightened that things have come to an end, they haven't for you.
You must take control of your situation and own it.
Face up to the negative things, let go of all the fighting and release yourself from being negative and you will start to feel free of the conflict within your marriage.
Call your spouse and see if he would like to spend some time together and hopefully it will get to the point where you can share some sort of intimacy,if he does not want to do that, then allow him some more space that, just give him time.
You also need to explain to your spouse the huge cost of a divorce and the physical toll it can take on both of you and also your children if you have any.
Separation can bring a big change to you both, financially and emotionally.
Take your husband out for dinner, sit down and discuss things in a mature and reasonable fashion.
He needs to be shown how expensive it can be for a divorce and also child support if you have any children together, the emotional toll it can also take on the children if he leaves.
So if you take all these things into account, being separated or divorced may not be an option, just explain that to him and hopefully he can see what you are saying is logical and not want to leave you or the children.
Seeking professional help can be another road to go down, talk to a marriage guidance counsellor and how they see your situation may help you both.
How someone else sees your relationship can bring about a different opinion about what road to go down next.
