How to Change the Headlight Housing for a '91 Camaro
- 1). Turn off the Camaro's engine and open the hood.
- 2). Remove the Torx screws at the top of the headlight housing. The aiming ring will swing open. Remove the aiming ring from the housing and place it face down with the aim indicator up. Be careful not to damage the aiming bubble.
- 3). Pull the headlight housing out of the vehicle. Remove the wiring connector from the headlight by lifting the plastic locking tabs on the connector and pulling it out from the socket.
- 4). Attach the wiring connector to the new headlight housing. Place the housing in the vehicle and reattach the aiming ring. Reinstall the screws to secure the headlight and ring in place. Close the hood.
