How to Boot a Computer With Live CDs in Puppy Linux
- 1). Insert the Puppy Linux Live CD into the computer's CD drive.
- 2). Boot or reboot the computer.
- 3). Choose the "Boot from CD Rom" option to boot into the Puppy Linux CD rather than into the hard drive. You will have a complete Linux operating system that resides in the computer's memory, not on the hard drive. You can use a USB flash drive to save files created while using Puppy Linux.
